WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

We are so happy to welcome you back to dine-in BoCo.

Thankfully we have a big space so we have been able to increase the distance between tables and allow for a safer dining experience.

We take your health and our staffs extremely seriously and we have been very busy behind the scenes getting all of our Covid-19 procedures in place so that you can enjoy the same great food, drink and service.

RESERVATIONS               

We recommend you book at table in advance but we will, where possible, to accept walk-ins.

In line with public health advice we will retain the contact details of one of the guests for a short period of time.

GROUPS

We will be restricting group sizes to a maximum of 6 for the time being and these will  adhere to social distancing measures.

We ask that people don’t move between tables and stay with their own group.

TIMINGS

You will have the table for 1hr 45 mins and you will then be reminded to leave so we can thoroughly clean and get the table ready for the next guests.

We would kindly ask that you arrive on time and if you are delayed in any way just give us a call on 01 8730128.

We cannot guarantee the table if you are any later than 15 minutes.

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES

We are operating a one-way system so we would ask that you arrive through the front door on Bolton Street and depart through the side door.

A host will meet you at the door when you arrive and show you to your table. We ask that you wear a mask whist walking to your table and at all times while standing.

Sanitisers are available at both doors so feel free to use them.

SERVICE

Table service will only be available and no orders can be taken at the bar.  This is for all food and drinks.

Contactless payment is preferred and we can organise cash-back if you’d like to leave a cash tip.

HYGIENE AND SAFETY

All tables, chairs, menus and surfaces will be thoroughly sanitised between bookings.

There will be no condiments left on the tables.  If you require any just ask.

Toilets will be cleaned and disinfected multiple times an hour.

Staff have undergone rigorous hygiene training covering hand hygiene, cleaning regimes, social distancing measures and staff / guest health and safety.  Face masks have been made available to all employees.

Everyday a staff member will be specifically in charge of making sure that Covid-19 measures are being adhered to so that you can enjoy your time with us in as normal and fun way as possible.

FAMILIES

Being family friendly is very important to us and we can’t wait to have you back.

We ask that you keep your kids seated and supervised at all times.

Please also let us know if you use changing station so that we can ensure it is sanitised immediately afterwards.

High chairs will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between uses.

TAKEWAY

Our pizza collection and delivery service are still going ahead and orders can be made through boco.ie/orders.

However, priority will be given to sit-in diners so we may have to turn off the service from time to time if we’re busy in the restaurant.
